Australian Bachata Championship organisers are a trio of dancers, teachers and event organisers who have a huge passion for the Latin Dance Scene in Australia. With a few successful events under our belt, we have decided to take the reins to this long-running competition to continue the tradition of competition here in Australia.
We currently run the event called Bachateame which has been running for almost 5 years. Our idea for this event was to make an event where everyone comes together to enjoy Latin dance with each other. All our other events are also about bringing the Latin dance community close and just like those, we believe that the Australian Bachata Championships fit that bill too.
It was our belief in unity that made it an easy choice to bear the torch of The Australian Bachata Championship. Our goal for the competition is to make it bigger in many aspects, from the competition side to the social aspect.
We hope that you enjoy the competition as much as you have done so over the years that have passed.
